Position: Finance Executive
Location: Onsite Pune

Night shift role
Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage finance operations with a primary focus on the India geography while supporting a little on global processes as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations for India geography.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor management, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards.
  • Support payroll processing, taxation, compliance, and statutory filings (GST, TDS, etc.) for India.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors for smooth audits and reporting.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
  • Work closely with the US finance team to align reporting as per timelines.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.

India Payroll Management:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately, including salary, incentives, and variable pay.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, LWF, etc.).
  • Coordinate with HR to maintain employee records and resolve payroll queries.
  • File statutory returns related to payroll (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in IT staffing or services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, QuickBooks, and other financial tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks within US shift hours.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience working with international teams (US finance exposure preferred).
  • Knowledge of US accounting basics will be an added advantage.
  • CA Inter / CMA / CPA (part qualification) is a plus.
