**Excellent accounting and analytical skills, and will be responsible for handling all financial processes of the organization, implementing financial policies, creating budgets, keeping track of financial transactions, and providing the managerial team with finance reports.**

**Finance executive roles and responsibilities**:

- Creating and implementing financial policies of the organization
- Planning financial budgets to increase the operational efficiency of the organization
- Monitor the cash flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
- Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions
- Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources
- Preparing balance sheets, invoices, etc
- Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitoring bank deposits, and payments, etc.
- Identifying areas of cost reduction to maximize profit
- Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments
- Supervising a team of accountants and finance clerks
- Monitor the economic and financial changes
- Assist in financial audits
- Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or its equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a finance executive or in a similar role
- Sharp eye for identifying irregularities
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Excellent knowledge of financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof
- Good verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: ₹8,840.80 - ₹29,113.83 per month
