**Job Description: Finance Executive at Cronage PVT LTD**

**Position**:Finance Executive
**Experienc**e: 1 to 2 Years
**Location**:Pune, Kharadi
**Availability**: Immediate Joiner

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation of financial statements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for all financial activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Support the finance team in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, cash flow, and other financial statements.
- Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits and coordinate with auditors as required.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, processes, and best practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of taxation and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CA/CMA/CPA are an advantage.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
