Job Title: Executive – Finance & Accounts

About the Role

Join Reliance Animation Studios as an Executive – Finance & Accounts at our Pune studio. Contribute your accounting expertise to support dynamic animation and VFX projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Daily Work Status Reports of animation production staff using internal software
  • Prepare monthly costing reports
  • Record and process invoices for production and general expenses in Tally
  • Perform GST and TDS checks to ensure compliance
  • Support Internal and Statutory Audits
  • Assist in preparing YouTube revenue reports
  • Manage title registration and trademark cases with follow-ups and status maintenance
  • Verify production files and backend server data
  • Draft and finalize vendor work agreements
  • Handle branch reconciliation within Tally

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce
  • 3–4 years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Tally
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi
  • Prior exposure to the Entertainment industry is an advantage

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
