*Office Hours*: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (On-site work)

**Job Description**:
Shyena Tech Yarns Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The Finance Executive will play a key role in managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and analysis to support business decisions. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Manage company budgets and assist in forecasting financial outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to assist in strategic planning.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and bankers.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with the company’s financial policies.
- Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Assist in payroll management, invoicing, and payment processing.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.

- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
