**Reporting To**: Finance Manager/Senior Accountant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and statements
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and internal ledgers
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor and manage cash flow and expense tracking
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Handle statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, and ESI
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors
- Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and reviews

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally,
- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
- Familiarity with statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESI)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
