Position: Dedicated Business Development

Experience: 5+yrs (Senior role with proven expertise in business development and account management.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with high-end clients in both Tech and Non-Tech industries.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment solutions with client needs.
  • Achieve targets for business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of emerging opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with clients.
  • Continuously refine strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development and account management in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of achieving business targets.
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem is a plus.
