This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to maintain operational efficiency and team motivation in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Track KPIs and ensure consistent performance delivery. Conduct coaching, feedback, and regular performance reviews. Manage attendance, schedules, and adherence to company policies. Identify skill gaps and collaborate with HR & Training teams for development. Handle customer escalations to ensure quick resolution and satisfaction. Prepare and present team performance reports to management. Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
