Job Overview: The Office Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the  management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The role involves maintaining accurate records, managing office supplies, coordinating with departments, and assisting in optimizing administrative processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Job Responsibilities :  Prepare periodic reports and update the Reporting Manager about the status of work in a systematic format. Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information, including maintaining stock records of stationery, grocery, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical materials after receiving or issuing the stocks. Assist staff and management in optimizing procedures and documentation within the Administration department. Allocate and assign work to subordinates, ensuring completion of tasks in a satisfactory manner. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth progress of assigned work. Prepare and maintain documentation such as Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Goods Issue Notes (GIN), permission slips, and other related forms. Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily retrievable. Job Requirements:  Graduate in any field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role. Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive. Working knowledge of office equipment and its maintenance. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
