**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Handle mail, filing, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist in document preparation and reports.
- Support accounting and office supply management.
- Help with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Aid marketing team with materials and listings.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in event coordination and general admin tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior office assistant or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication skills.
