Job PurposeOversee national operations initiatives and programs across India from the corporate office, formulating and driving the implementation of SOPs in stores

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Detailed sales plan, including sales targets, timelines, and key performance indicatorWork closely with sales team to ensure alignment and understanding of sales objectives and strategies.Coordinate promotional campaigns and sales events to drive revenue and achieve sales target.Monitor sales performance metrices and generate reports to track progress against goals.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and increase profitability.Lead national operations Initiatives & programs from Corporate officeCoordinate delivery of operational project requirements; conduct cross-department projectsEngage with retail team to drive innovation, impactful initiatives for customer engagement & Excellence in retail StoreDrive employee engagement at stores - Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement at storesCommunicate and ensure compliance of policies and guidelines
