Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable product/service solutions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead conversion
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales or business development (industry-specific experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
  • Female Candidates preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience 6 Months above as Sales Executive
  • Knowledge of sales performance metrics and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required
