Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Invest Mango. This is a full-time position located in Noida or Gurgaon, aimed at junior professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing sales related to our real estate offerings. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about customer service and sales. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in cold calling and effectively handling objections (Mandatory skill). Proficient in CRM software to track and manage client interactions efficiently. Demonstrated ability in lead generation to identify and engage prospective clients. Experience with Salesforce for managing sales data and client information. Strong customer relationship management skills to foster client trust and satisfaction. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets consistently. Exceptional negotiation skills to facilitate favorable outcomes both for clients and the company. Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team setting, adapting quickly to dynamic sales environments. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct cold calls to potential clients to initiate sales conversations and introduce real estate offerings. Understand client needs through inquiry analysis and coordinate with the portfolio manager for tailored solutions. Engage in objection handling to address client concerns effectively and build trust in the company's services. Maintain and update CRM software with client interactions and sales progress to streamline operations. Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential buyers, ensuring their requirements and preferences are met. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales techniques that enhance closing rates. Provide clients with accurate property details and assist in guiding them through decision-making processes. Participate in meetings to review sales strategies and contribute to the company's goals in customer relationship building.
