_Job description_
- We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive for outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The telesales executives responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products by contacting potential or existing customers of our brand._
- Telesales Executive Responsibilities : _
- Calling existing customers to convenience into repeat sales by selling them our complimentary or new products._
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly._
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue._
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences._
- Suwasthi is a fast-growing organization that encourages & nurtures employees to grow along with the company._

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Near Noida Sector 16 Metro, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
