We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 10 years of sales management experience in the technology industry. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on companies in need of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, or Azure Cloud solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach in meeting customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in D365, ERP, and Azure Cloud technologies, and effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our solutions and establish a strong presence in the market.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, or Azure Cloud based technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities and make sound business decisions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for success and a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and leverage resources effectively.
  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
