Demand Generation Specialist Role Overview

As a Demand Generation Specialist at Formi, you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, increasing brand visibility, and accelerating customer acquisition. You will design and execute multi-channel campaigns that engage our target audience and convert prospects into customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy Development

- Design and implement demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and improve conversion rates.- Identify key channels and tactics to maximize pipeline growth, including email, social media, webinars, events, and cold outreach.- Develop and optimize audience segmentation to ensure personalized and relevant messaging.

2. Campaign Management

- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to build awareness and generate leads.- Test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis to ensure continuous improvement.- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with revenue goals and effectively convert leads into opportunities.

3. Content Distribution & Optimization

- Partner with the content team to distribute assets strategically across owned and earned channels.- Ensure that messaging resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.- Identify gaps in content and collaborate on creating new assets to support demand generation efforts.

4. Analytics & Reporting

- Measure the success of campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.- Track and report on funnel metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.- Use data to refine strategies and optimize marketing efforts for better outcomes.

5. Collaboration

- Work closely with sales development representatives (SDRs) and account executives (AEs) to ensure alignment on messaging, outreach strategies, and hand-off processes.- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to develop use cases and collateral that resonate with target audiences.

6. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

- Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.- Identify new growth opportunities and emerging channels to ensure Formi stays ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Bring

- 0+ years of experience in demand generation or similar marketing roles, preferably in SaaS startups focused on AI or SalesTech.- Proven track record of success in designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.- Experience in data-driven decision-making, with a strong focus on A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful messaging for both inbound and outbound strategies.
