B2B Marketing Project Manager

Role Overview:
This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Program Manager. As a B2B Program Manager, you will be instrumental in orchestrating and overseeing B2B marketing programs, ensuring seamless execution, client satisfaction, and successful delivery of digital marketing solutions. You will collaborate & work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between HSV Digital and our B2B clients, understanding their marketing needs and objectives.
Collaborate with clients to develop and refine program strategies aligned with business goals.
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to create comprehensive B2B marketing program plans, including digital strategies, content creation, and campaign execution.
Develop timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success.
Foster a collaborative environment to ensure the seamless execution of marketing programs.
Monitor campaign performance and analytics, identifying areas for optimization.
Provide regular updates to clients on program progress, key milestones, and performance metrics.
Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive client-agency relationship.
Contribute to the development of B2B marketing strategies and initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance program effectiveness.
Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring that marketing materials align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of campaign assets.
Generate comprehensive reports on program performance, analysing key metrics and providing insights.
Use data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for future program enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required
0-2 years of experience in B2B Program Management
Proven track record of delivering successful programs to clients
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute complex plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in technology marketing, advertising, or public relations preferred
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
