The candidate must have strong experience in the food industry, specifically spices, and a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing markets, and leading a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and drive sales operations across the assigned region (Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore).- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key trade partners.- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and team goals.- Ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities and promotions.- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and business insights to senior management.- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and brand guidelines.Requirements:- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the food industry, with at least 4–5 years in spices sales.- Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu markets, distribution network, and trade dynamics.- Proven ability to drive sales growth and expand market presence.- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the assigned regions.- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred.Compensation:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
