Looking for Manager Collection (B2B Collection Management), who will be responsible for taking up the charge of the entire cycle of collection management under the department of Operations
Responsibilities:1. Holding reconciliation with clients
2. Full cycle collection management and monitoring to achieve set targets
3. Internal co-ordination and conducting meeting with the Sales team for better understanding of customer outstanding
4. Taking care and resolving customers concerns related to invoices
5. Managing B2B partner sales of agents and corporates to ensure timely collections
6. Recovery and Collection Operations Credit Control
A Graduate degree or any such equivalent degree
Experience in field B2B segment working in collection agency / Telecom/ Manufacturing industry
Experience in handling the bankers
Experience in generate and maintaining relationships with sales team
Strong knowledge on Billing
Location preference: Pune
Notice period : Currently serving notice period / 15 days Salary package that can be offered 5 LPA to 7 LPA
Current salary package holding to apply 3.4 LPA to 4LPA
