Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lower Parel, Mumbai for a Key Accounts Manager - HORECA. The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing account performance, and identifying new business opportunities within the HORECA sector. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Key Accounts and Account Management skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the HORECA sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
