Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad

Reports to: Head of Key Account Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to strengthen and expand relationships with leading developers, architects, and decision-makers in the residential and hospitality sectors. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver sustainable revenue growth through deep client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, nurture, and grow long-term partnerships with developers, architects, and key stakeholders.
- Design and execute strategic account plans aligned to growth and revenue objectives.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts while driving penetration into new clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing and technical) to deliver customized solutions and service excellence.
- Monitor market movements, share business intelligence, and proactively adapt strategies

Skills & Qualification

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree; MBA preferred.
- 8-12 years of proven experience in Key Account Management / Business Development within building materials, construction, or real estate.
- Strong industry network in residential and hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated record of accomplishment in driving revenue growth and account expansion.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
