Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Mumbai and Bangalore. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for Ads sales, restaurant acquisitions, managing and growing key accounts, developing and executing business plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, maintaining regular communication with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction through dedicated support and service.
Qualifications
- Account Management, Key Accounts, and Customer Service skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to develop Business Plans
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in similar industry is a plus
