- 1+ year of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership/founders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail, etc.).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
A proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude
