**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Managing the CEO's Schedule & Calendar**: Organizing and prioritizing the CEO's daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to ensure optimal use of time.
- **Coordinating Meetings**: Arranging and managing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
- **Supporting the Board of Directors**: Liaising with the Board, arranging logistics for meetings, and preparing necessary documents.
- **Handling Special Projects**: Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned by the CEO.
- **Representing the CEO**: Representing the CEO in meetings or communications when necessary.
- **Administrative Support**: Completing various administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing travel arrangements, and handling expense reports.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Strong Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
