Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Female)

Location: Khar West, Mumbai
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Additional Benefits: Service charge, tips, and meals included
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
Shift Type: Straight Shift
Weekly Off: 1 weekly off (as per standard)

Job Description:
Looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold our brand standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of food and beverage service—especially alcoholic beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
  • Manage and train front-of-house staff
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with all regulations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth coordination
  • Drive sales and manage floor performance during peak hours

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including alcoholic drinks
  • Excellent communication skills, with very good command of English
  • Ability to lead a team and handle customer service with professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and committed to working long shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
