**Guest Service**:
- Welcome and greet guests, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Provide personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferences.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions.
- Ensure all guests have an exceptional dining experience.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead and supervise the waitstaff, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and with a high standard of service.
- Assign tasks and sections to staff and monitor their performance throughout service.
- Train new staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and restaurant procedures.
- Conduct briefings before shifts to communicate any special instructions, daily specials, or other pertinent information.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Liaise between the front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Coordinate with management to address any operational issues or special guest requests.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure a smooth workflow.
- **Quality Control**:
- Ensure that all food and beverage items meet quality standards before serving them to guests.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, proper table settings, and adherence to restaurant policies.
- Oversee the opening and closing duties of the dining area, ensuring everything is properly prepared for the next service.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for service.
- Handle reservations and manage table assignments to optimize seating arrangements.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on guest feedback, team performance, and any operational issues.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed by the team.
- Stay updated on restaurant policies, procedures, and regulations, and ensure staff compliance.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality-related certifications are a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
