Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a IT Lead Generation Specialist and inside sales maanger to join us in our India entity, as a remote employee based in India.The IT Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities to support the sales team. This role requires a proactive and energetic individual who can identify potential leads, initiate contact, and set up appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct research to identify potential leads and markets for
Microsoft products such as Azure, Security, Modern work, PowerBI and Power platform, Dynamic CRM etc.Generate leads through various methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for potential sales.Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information.Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.Track and report on lead generation activities and results.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and company products/services.·
The candidate must have an experience in selling and presenting IT solutions at least one of the following domains (Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Unified Communications, IT Service Management Solutions and Consultation, Customer Experience, Data and Analytics).·
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT industry.Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills:Experience with marketing automation tools.Knowledge of IT products and services especially Microsoft products such as Azure, Security, Modern work, PowerBI and Power platform, Dynamic CRM etc.Understanding of sales processes and methodologies.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Flexible work hours and remote work options.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
