Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Lead Generation Specialist

with strong data extraction skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, extracting data from various sources, and managing lead information to support the sales and marketing teams. You should be comfortable working with large datasets and have an analytical approach to improve lead generation efforts.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify potential leads using various platforms, including , company websites, databases, and social media.Extract, clean, and organize data from various sources for lead generation purposes.Maintain and update lead databases using Excel and Google Sheets.Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities in lead generation.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.Track lead generation activities, maintain detailed records, and report metrics to management.Continuously improve lead generation processes through data analysis and insights.Qualifications:Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role.Strong experience with data extraction from multiple platforms.Proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions) and Google Sheets.Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.Excellent research, organizational, and data analysis skills.Experience with email marketing, cold calling, and outreach strategies is a plus.Skills Required:Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, etc.) and Google Sheets.Strong data extraction and data management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
