Job Title: Executive – Sales Operations

Job Type: Full Time

Job Location: India- Pune

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Work Hours: 9 hours (US Shared Operation 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM)


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  1. Coordinate with vendors for actual delivery status of Items and update ERP on regular basis
  2. Co-ordinate with Sales Rep/AM/ISR to resolves issues related to Purchase order
  3. Process, follow up for RMA/RTV request until its closed
  4. Resolve vendor issues with AP
  5. Follow up with AM for Invoicing and updating the same in Memo
  6. Fulfilment of PO and make sure its items are committed to SO
  7. Vendor Setup and sending Resale certificate to vendor to tax exemption
  8. Sourcing, negotiation with vendors
  9. Coordinate with Logistics team for shipment
  10. Ensure Sales order are closed
  11. Supports the Sales Department with administrative responsibilities
  12. Ensuring accurate data entry including validation/integrity check of orders in ERP
  13. Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes (edited)


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience – 1-4 Years.
  • Having relevant experience.


Skills:


  • Highly organized, tech-savvy, self-starter, great with Excel.
  • Great with Data Management.
