We're Hiring: SEO Specialist & Ads Manager

We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist & Ads Manager (Full-time, On-site) who not only excels in SEO and performance marketing but can also leverage AI tools for content, blogs, reporting, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct SEO audits, competitor analysis, and keyword research, using AI where relevant
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  • Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns
  • Use AI-based tools to generate content ideas, blog drafts, and ad creatives
  • Track and analyze performance using web analytics and AI-powered insights
  • Optimize websites for higher rankings, increased traffic, and stronger conversions
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO, AI, and digital marketing trends
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or SEO Executive
  • Strong knowledge of SEO audits, keyword research, and link building
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, or Copy.ai
  • Experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Prior agency experience is a plus
Salary & Benefits
