SEO Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven
SEO Specialist
who is well-versed in all aspects of search engine optimization — from technical audits to content strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance tracking. Familiarity with
paid marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
is a plus, as the role may support the paid media team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content for on-page SEO.
  • Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues (crawl errors, broken links, redirects, etc.).
  • Execute off-page SEO strategies including link-building campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for both search engines and users.
  • Track and report on SEO performance using tools like
    Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
    , etc.

Cross-Support: Paid Marketing

  • Coordinate with the paid media team to align SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Provide keyword insights and content recommendations to improve paid search performance.
  • Support with landing page optimization for quality score and conversion.
  • Assist in reporting and performance analysis for paid campaigns when needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in
    SEO
    (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools:
    Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
    , etc.
  • Basic understanding of
    Google Ads
    or
    Facebook Ads
    (supporting level).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (like WordPress, Magento, Shopify, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams (content, design, development, paid media).
