Location: Bangalore, Bannerghatta Road

Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO).
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bangalore office (Bannerghatta Road). Remote or hybrid options are not available.

Joining Preference: Candidates with immediate to maximum 60 days notice period preferred

Role Overview:

The
Senior SEO Specialist
is responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive website traffic, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to optimize performance and ROI. The role requires a mix of
technical expertise
,
analytical skills
, and
creativity
.

This is a
high-impact, individual contributor role
where you will
own the entire SEO function
.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Execution:

  • Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO aspects.
  • Monitor and improve website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console).
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies (internal & external).
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithms and trends.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Analyze website traffic trends and provide insights for content optimization.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on SEO campaign performance.
  • Track conversion rates and suggest improvements for landing pages and user experience.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with content creators, web developers, and the marketing team to implement SEO strategies.
  • Provide guidance on SEO-friendly content structure and technical implementation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 8-11 years of experience optimizing SEO for Google and Bing.
  • Strong proficiency of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Search Console).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Deep understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
