Job Descrpition:

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. This role requires a blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and images for search engines.
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues.
  • Build and maintain backlinks through outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Generate and present regular SEO performance reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SEO, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
