Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, audience targeting, keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max).
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum efficiency.
Track conversions and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
Optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better CTR and conversion rates.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, policies, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing and design team for creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.
Strong understanding of SEM, PPC, Display Advertising, and remarketing.
Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), and conversion tracking setup.
Good knowledge of keyword planning, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
Familiarity with lead generation campaigns, CPL optimization, and ROI-driven strategies.
Certification in Google Ads (preferred).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets for data reporting.
Ability to manage budgets and deliver campaigns within set KPIs.
Good to Have:
Experience with other paid media channels (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Knowledge of SEO basics.
Experience in real estate industry campaigns (added advantage).
