About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Expert to drive high-quality lead generation campaigns and optimize ad performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide the team on effective landing page strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to achieve lead generation targets.
  • Allocate advertising budget effectively (80% Google Ads, 20% Meta Ads).
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through continuous monitoring and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve landing pages for higher conversion rates.
  • Manage lead distribution process to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance performance.
  • Provide insights, reports, and recommendations based on campaign analytics.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.
  • Proven track record of lead generation using Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of ad budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Experience in healthcare or hospital industry preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
