ThinkHumble is all about rediscovering the joy of hiring, exploration and the excitement of the "aha" moment when things clicks.Your day at workPartner with hiring managers across various departments (Engineering, Business Development, Content, Marketing, etc.) to understand their specific talent requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.Utilize various sourcing strategies including online job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates for diverse roles like Software Engineers, Business Development Executives, Content Creators, and Marketing Professionals.Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates with relevant skills and experience for interviews.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.Manage the interview process, including collecting feedback from interviewers and keeping candidates informed at each stage.Prepare and submit competitive offer letters to successful candidates and manage the onboarding process to ensure a positive new hire experience.Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information on all candidates.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment specific to the roles you'll be sourcing for (e.g., latest technical skills for engineers, content marketing trends, etc.)Manage basic HR functions like Induction, Policy creation, Employee EngagementDo digital Marketing to ensure ThinkHumble become employer of choice.Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures. Resolve basic employee relation issues, escalating complex matters as necessary.Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct seamless new hire orientation and manage the administrative aspects of employee separation (exit interviews, final paperwork).Performance Management: Support the execution of the annual performance review process and provide guidance to managers on corrective action documentation.Policy & Compliance: Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.Data Management: Maintain confidential employee records and update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with employee changes (promotions, transfers, compensation adjustments).Who you are?Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).2-4 years of experience in Recruitment and HR .Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across diverse roles.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficient in MS/Google Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (a plus).Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A passion for building relationships and connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities.Experience recruiting in the Indian market (a plus).Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.Have handled at least one cycle of overall employee hiring to exit activities.What we offer?Competitive salaryOpportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a growing company.Gain valuable experience recruiting for diverse roles across various functions.Supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for learning and developmentBe part of a team that plays a critical role in building a high-performing workforce.Why Join Us?This is a great opportunity expand your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
