Job Summary:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our dynamic team, enhancing our workplace culture and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries and resolve issues.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage benefits programs, including annual enrollment.

Performance Management:

  • Support performance evaluations and guide managers using AI tools.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and update HR policies.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and automate tasks using AI.

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and execute engagement activities to foster a positive culture.

Onboarding:

  • Conduct orientations and manage the onboarding process.

Business Support:

  • Collaborate on projects and analyze survey data.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or any Graduation.

  • 1-3 years of HR Generalist experience.

  • Proficient in HR systems and engagement initiatives.

  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for HR functions is highly desirable.
