We are looking for a Senior Executive – Services Marketing who will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives that influence pipeline creation and accelerate business growth.
7EDGE is a Digital Product Engineering Company based in Bengaluru, India. Our expertise lies in building cloud-native solutions, modernizing enterprises, and delivering value through innovation. As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our Services Marketing team to drive impactful campaigns that shape brand presence and generate qualified opportunities.
In this role, you will leverage your marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and creativity to:
- Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns that launch new service lines, influence ICPs, and drive qualified opportunities.
- Design and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to engage targeted accounts, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partnerships, and Alliances, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive pipeline creation and influence revenue growth.
- Launch new service lines into ICP segments with targeted campaigns and positioning strategies.
- Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to influence target accounts per offering.
- Create and distribute high-value marketing content tailored to buyer personas and business objectives.
- Manage inbound and outbound marketing channels to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize ROI, and drive strategic decisions.
- Support webinars, events, and joint GTM activities with alliances and partners when required.
- Guide and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 marketers by removing blockers and ensuring campaign delivery.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or digital product engineering.
- Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Demand Generation.
- Hands-on experience in designing and executing ABM campaigns for targeted ICP accounts.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) and lead nurturing strategies.
- Experience in managing inbound and outbound campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales and Partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ABM platforms, intent data tools, and marketing automation systems.
- Knowledge of partner/alliances marketing and joint GTM campaigns.
- Familiarity with event-based marketing, webinars, and virtual campaigns.
- Exposure to paid media execution, SEO strategies, and thought leadership content creation.
- Industry specialization in Tech Services, Cloud, AI/ML, SaaS, or ISV marketing.
- Video marketing experience (explainer videos, webinars, or short-format storytelling).
