Position: Sr. Marketing Executive
Location: Mangalore

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

Brand & Content Management

  • Strengthen and maintain the company's brand identity with consistent messaging.
  • Develop content strategies and oversee creation of articles, videos, and promotional materials.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage SEO/SEM, social media, website optimization, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved ROI.

Agency & Vendor Coordination

  • Collaborate with outsourced agencies for marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Ensure smooth communication, timely execution, and quality deliverables.

Data & Budget Management

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
  • Prepare reports for management with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track spending, and measure ROI.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Merchandise, BDM, Finance, HR, etc.) to align efforts.

Event & Photoshoot Management

  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Coordinate photoshoots by managing approvals, contracts, and execution in line with brand objectives.

Innovation & Crisis Management

  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Propose innovative strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Handle marketing-related crises effectively to safeguard reputation.

Professional Conduct

  • Maintain availability and responsiveness during working hours.
  • Ensure timely communication across calls, emails, and messages to prevent delays.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a senior/executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software, and social media platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
