Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns to promote the brand's properties. They analyze market trends, target demographics, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads to optimize results. The manager oversees the creative process, ensuring visual content like graphics, logos, and branding aligns with brand goals. Additionally, they lead a team, collaborate with other departments, and report on performance to management, ensuring marketing strategies align with business objectives.

· Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive success.

· Oversee digital marketing efforts to attract new leads and customers.

· Lead strategies to generate new business opportunities.

· Collaborate with clients to create tailored marketing plans.

· Present digital marketing solutions and campaign results to clients.

· Coordinate campaigns, including content, social media, and paid ads.

· Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution.

· Supervise marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

· Negotiate contracts and partnerships to meet client and business needs.

· Ensure client satisfaction by delivering successful campaigns.

· Oversee campaign execution to meet timelines and specifications.

· Manage the digital marketing team to ensure efficient execution.

· Gather client feedback after campaigns to improve future strategies.

· Work with the marketing team to enhance digital advertising and branding.

· Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and are optimized for performance.

· Resolve any issues during campaign execution to minimize disruptions.

· Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.

· Train and mentor team members to stay updated on digital marketing trends.
