Position Overview:

AA Hospitality LLP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive (Junior Level) to manage supply chain and procurement activities across multiple restaurant units. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in vendor management, ensuring timely deliveries, and close coordination with storekeepers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procurement and supply chain activities for multiple restaurant units, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor performance to ensure timely delivery of items.
  • Collaborate closely with storekeepers at all restaurant units to understand and address their procurement requirements.
  • Maintain strict tracking of inventory levels and procurement schedules to prevent shortages or delays.
  • Analyze procurement data and generate reports using advanced Excel tools such as pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUP.
  • Coordinate with chefs, operations teams, and storekeepers to meet unit-specific needs effectively.
  • Resolve procurement and supply chain issues promptly while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all procurement transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and vendor agreements.
  • Regularly review and update procurement processes to optimize operations and align with company policies.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality or food & beverage industry (freshers with 6 months experience can also apply)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors, storekeepers, and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and handling supply chain challenges.
  • Familiarity with procurement software/tools is an added advantage.
  • Candidates based in Bengaluru are preferred.
  • Candidate should have own vehicle (Petrol Allowance will be provided as per company policy on kilometres only towards official work purposes)
