Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹23,000 gross per month (plus service charge, based on experience and qualifications)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

AA Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Storekeeper to oversee inventory and procurement processes for our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage restaurant stores effectively, collaborate with the central procurement team, and ensure the seamless flow of goods and materials. Candidates from Bengaluru will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including incoming and outgoing items.
  • Perform regular stock checks and audits to prevent discrepancies and wastage.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials to maintain quality and shelf life.

Purchasing & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the central procurement team to place and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Verify the quality, quantity, and specifications of received goods against purchase orders.
  • Monitor stock usage and reorder items proactively to avoid shortages.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all inventory activities comply with company policies and food safety regulations.
  • Maintain updated documentation for inventory transactions, invoices, and stock reports.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Liaise with the kitchen and operations teams to meet their inventory needs efficiently.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve supply issues promptly.

Flexibility & Adaptability:

  • Be flexible to adjust to dynamic business demands, including occasional extended hours or weekend shifts.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant storekeeping or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems or tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Candidates from Bengaluru are strongly preferred.
  • This position require movements accross the city to meet all vendors, suppliers etc
