Overview:

AA Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee financial operations across multiple units within the group. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, a proven ability to handle complex financial management tasks, and experience in managing financial operations in a fast-paced environment. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the company, driving cost efficiencies, and supporting business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management Across Operations:

  • Oversee financial operations for multiple units within the group, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance for all business units, identifying areas for cost-saving and optimization.
  • Ensure financial controls are maintained across all operations to safeguard assets and manage risks effectively.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Lead the budgeting process for all units, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate financial plans.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Implement strategies for cost control and revenue optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights into business performance.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and present recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  • Monitor financial KPIs across the group and suggest actionable improvements.

Cost Control & Optimization:

  • Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to enhance profitability across all units.
  • Review and analyze operational costs, recommending ways to streamline processes and reduce wastage.
  • Ensure adherence to budgets and optimize the allocation of financial resources.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Manage audits, statutory filings, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Implement and monitor internal financial controls to minimize risks and ensure accuracy.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to finance staff to enhance their skills and ensure accurate financial operations.

Collaboration with Senior Management:

  • Work closely with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or equivalent financial certification.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the hospitality industry or multi-unit operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage multiple operations across a group.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar), Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly CTC salary of Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 75,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Additional statutory benefits as per company policy.
