">We are seeking a talented individual to oversee procurement and supply chain activities across multiple restaurant units. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in vendor management, ensuring timely deliveries, and close coordination with storekeepers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential for success in this role.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Manage procurement and supply chain activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and monitor their performance to ensure timely delivery of items.
- Collaborate closely with storekeepers at all restaurant units to understand and address their procurement requirements.
- Maintain strict tracking of inventory levels and procurement schedules to prevent shortages or delays.
- Analyze procurement data and generate reports using advanced Excel tools.
- Coordinate with chefs, operations teams, and storekeepers to meet unit-specific needs effectively.
- Resolve procurement and supply chain issues promptly while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Ensure proper documentation of all procurement transactions.
- Review and update procurement processes regularly to optimize operations and align with company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- A minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors, storekeepers, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and handling supply chain challenges.
- Familiarity with procurement software/tools is an added advantage.
- Candidates based in Bengaluru are preferred.
