Roles and Responsibilities:
Hunt and own merchants for Razorpay POS business.Increasing sales through convincing customers and partners of our capabilities.Establishing, growing, and maintaining commercial ties with clients—both current and potential—in the designated territory or market segment in order to attract new clients for our goods and services.Creating a sales funnel, long-term goals, and business planning.Keeping an eye out for changes in the customer's organization that could have an impact on future business.Coordinating sales efforts with product groups, marketing, sales management, accounting, and logistics.Independently locating and acquiring new consumers, as well as upselling to our current clientele in close collaboration with our partners or on our own.Using the CRM and sales management system to manage the sales process.Locating key bureaucrats on our own and establishing contacts with them either directly or in close collaboration with our partners.Managing stakeholders both inside and outside the project.Collaborating with several bank partners Background & Education.
Mandatory Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the solution selling environment.Experience in pitching to the CXOs of large scaled enterprises.Experience in selling products that impact the bottom lines of global brands.Must have a customer centric approach with prior corporate client facing experience.Fluency in local languages.Sales experience in the fin-tech sector would be preferable.The capacity to efficiently arrange, prioritise, and manage customer relationships in order to optimise activity that generates income.To quickly and directly seal a contract.Ability to promote change and make decisions with commercial heft.High level of motivation, self-drive, and independence.Excellent communication, networking, and bargaining skills.Organised and focused with a strong desire to succeed.
