Job Title: Business Development Officer Software Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end field sales of our companys software solutions, including GST Software, XBRL Filing Software, and other related products. This is a field sales role that will require frequent travel to meet clients in person. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate business opportunities while engaging with clients face-to-face. Key Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end field sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals. Identify and target potential clients for software solutions within assigned territories. Travel extensively for field sales, meeting prospective and existing clients in person to present and demonstrate software solutions. Deliver product demonstrations, showcasing the features, functionality, and benefits of our software tailored to client needs. Engage with clients to explain the technical aspects of our products, ensuring they understand how the solutions can resolve their specific business challenges. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and referrals. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product implementation and support. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in software or IT-related products. Experience in conducting product demonstrations and addressing client queries in a field sales context. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex software in a clear and relatable manner. Proficiency in the local language is a must. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel extensively for field sales. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
