We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Fulfillment Executive to manage and execute the complete online order fulfillment process. The role involves handling order processing, packaging, shipping coordination, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process online orders received through e-commerce platforms and company website.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/stock team to ensure product availability.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately as per company standards.
  • Generate invoices, shipping labels, and necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Track shipments and update order status in the system.
  • Handle order-related queries, returns, and exchanges in coordination with customer support.
  • Maintain daily reports on orders processed, pending, and completed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Support the e-commerce team in improving fulfillment efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
