
Offline Sales/Field Sales/Executive Marketing- Hyderabad Location

Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Channel Development:
- Identify and onboard Korean and ayurvedic products into multi-brand retail outlets, beauty stores, and Ayurvedic wellness chains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, distributors, and decision-makers in retail.
- Spa & Wellness Partnerships:
- Onboard Korean and ayurvedic products in premium spas, resorts, and wellness centres.
- Conduct brand training and product education for therapists and spa teams.
- Activation & Brand Visibility:
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, product displays, kiosks, sampling, and trial campaigns.
- Ensure visibility standards (POSM, branding, testers, etc.) are met consistently.
- Market Intelligence:
- Track competition, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
- Share field insights with internal teams to optimize strategy.
- Reporting:
- Submit regular reports on store performance, sales, inventory status, and activation results.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3–5 years of offline sales experience in the beauty/wellness/personal care segment
- Strong retail/channel partner network in beauty & wellness industry.
- Proven experience in product onboarding, retail visibility, and field activation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
