Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Channel Development:
  • Identify and onboard Korean and ayurvedic products into multi-brand retail outlets, beauty stores, and Ayurvedic wellness chains.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, distributors, and decision-makers in retail.
  • Spa & Wellness Partnerships:
  • Onboard Korean and ayurvedic products in premium spas, resorts, and wellness centres.
  • Conduct brand training and product education for therapists and spa teams.
  • Activation & Brand Visibility:
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, product displays, kiosks, sampling, and trial campaigns.
  • Ensure visibility standards (POSM, branding, testers, etc.) are met consistently.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Track competition, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
  • Share field insights with internal teams to optimize strategy.
  • Reporting:
  • Submit regular reports on store performance, sales, inventory status, and activation results.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of offline sales experience in the beauty/wellness/personal care segment
  • Strong retail/channel partner network in beauty & wellness industry.
  • Proven experience in product onboarding, retail visibility, and field activation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
