Experience :-

- Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the aggregates or related industry (construction materials, building products, etc.).- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve state-level sales targets for aggregates.- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine and adjust sales strategies.- Lead, mentor, and manage the state sales team, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with company goals.- Set sales targets and KPIs for team members, monitor their performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives as needed.- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the state.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders.- Expand the customer base and improve market penetration.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and providing excellent service.- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery products.- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to meet customer demands.- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for the state.- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Report to the Regional Sales Director/National Sales Head on performance, challenges, and market insights.- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.- Promote a culture of integrity and ethical business practices within the sales team.- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree . An MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
